Newly Renovated Kitchen & Dining: A chef’s kitchen equipped with cookware, dishware, a coffee pot, air fryer, crock pot, blender, and more. Perfect for meals and entertaining.
Spacious Living Areas: Relax in the comfortable living room with Samsung Smart TVs, board games, and ample seating, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Private Outdoor Spaces: Upstairs balconies off each bedroom, and a screened-in patio for outdoor comfort and added privacy. Our home includes a beach wagon and 4 chairs for guest use.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Suite: King-sized bed, private en suite with walk-in shower, and ample closet space.
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, full-size sofa sleeper, en suite bathroom with tub/shower, and double closets.
Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Conveniences:
Full-sized washer and dryer located in the upstairs hallway.
Designated workspace with a desk and printer off the kitchen.

Pool Hours: Open daily from sunrise to sunset, April 1–October 31. The pool deck is open year-round.
Parking: Two Shipyard parking passes included. Parking is unassigned within Tennismaster Villas.
Policies:
No smoking or pets.
Minimum primary renter age is 25.
No E-Bikes, golf carts, trailers, kayaks, or canoes allowed.
No electric car charging permitted in Tennismaster.

Guest Access:
Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.
