Get a true taste of island living in this spacious 2 floor villa in the heart of all the action! Perfect for families or groups of friends, the interior boasts a first-floor open layout that will allow everyone to spread out and find their own piece of paradise.
Park in our underground garage and take the elevator to the 4th floor to enjoy this penthouse villa, which is 1,650 square feet on two floors. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their beach vacation.

What's nearby:
This location could not be any better when it comes to Hilton Head Island. Walk across the street to Coligny Beach and the popular Tiki Hut with live music every day. Coligny Plaza, the hub for great restaurants, shops, and beach activities, is also within a short walking distance, so you won't have to venture far to get your fill of island excitement. You are also steps away the newly remodeled Lowcountry Celebration Park which has a large kids playground and outdoor events all year round. Hilton Head is known for its golf courses so bring along your clubs!

If you feel like exploring the island a bit more, rent a bike and cruise along the beach or on one of the 60 bike paths that span Hilton Head. Then drive 10 minutes to Harbour Town to check out the candy-striped lighthouse, sunset cruises and other attractions

When you return to the villa, the living room will be just the place to relax and kick back and watch a movie on the mounted flatscreen TV.

The best VRBO yet. Looks exactly the same as the photos. CLEAN! Great location. I cannot say enough how happy we were with everything. We can't wait to book again. Great location within walking distance to good, beach, shopping. Easy access, good parking. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for meals. We were so happy!

Great property and location. I loved that they had nice beach chairs. Spacious and convenient to everything. The owners were exceptional about communication. Area residents were super friendly and welcoming. My only detractor was the master bedroom pillow shams were dirty or stained. They need to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that it was a 10.

This was truly a spacious, nicely decorated and clean villa! One of our best rentals ever in HH! A super short walk to Coligny plaza and across the road from the Tiki hut and direct beach access! So fun! The pool and pickleball courts were so nice and we enjoyed watching the turtles and fish from the little bridge on the property. Easy parking and the bike paths were right in front of our complex. The overall property and location was quiet yet close to all the fun! We can’t wait to come back again!

Wonderful property, great location, and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, food and shops. I will say the cleanliness can definitely improve as we had to wash multiple dishware prior to use, and the floors were not clean. But overall this was a great find. Thank you.

Vince is an incredible host & is very responsive to any questions that we had. Their condo is pretty much in the middle of Coligny Square & beach access , which are the desirable spots for visitors. The pics of the condo do not do it justice, it’s 2 story & wonderfully decorated. Most importantly, it is super clean. We had 7 adults & in my opinion could definitely sleep 10. So, if you want to feel like you’re part of a family, Vince & his Wife do just that. Incredible Host & awesome accommodations!! You can possibly find a place just as nice, but you’re doing yourself an injustice, these owners are wonderful & they made their place like our home for the week. In their pics on the site are exactly what you experience while there. Hard to find good, wholesome honest people , but we undoubtedly did with them. Thanks for the experience & rare hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again. Thankyou you both…… Todd , Brandy & Family

Fabulous location

This place was very comfy (great beds, two levels to accommodate our family, nice kitchen, wonderful swimming pool) but the location was outstanding. A 5 minute walk to the best beach on the island (and to lots of shops/restaurants/ice cream). The beach wagon and chairs were a plus. And Vince was a great communicator about everything -- very helpful.

Great property, convenient to beach, shops and restaurants. We did have an issue with the A/C which the owner responded to quickly and had it repaired. Large kitchen with nice appliances. Good sized bedrooms and plenty of space for the four of us.

GREAT Location

We had a great stay in this convenient and charming location! It was so nice being within walking distance to everything. The space was cute, clean, and surprisingly roomy for the area. The beds were very comfortable, and while the pool was on the smaller side, it was never too crowded and made for a relaxing spot.Parking was easy and the available luggage carts were a huge help. We did have a bit of trouble with the air conditioning (it was especially hot during our stay), but the owner came by to check on it the day before we left and has since let us know it's being fixed.A couple things to note: the stairs are curved, which made us wish we had packed a baby gate for our 1-year-old. Also, when grocery shopping, consider grabbing extra essentials like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels—we ran through what was provided fairly quickly.Overall, a great spot we’d definitely recommend!

10 S Forest Beach Villas

We checked in for week and had an amazing stay. The unit/building is actually 3 minutes to Coligny Beach. The owner/manager is super nice. In general the island is kept super clean. Well kept gardens. It was a holiday atmosphere from when we set our feet on it. We are definitely planning to return in future.

Girls Getaway

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. We LOVED the location, it’s so easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The beach chairs and umbrella were so useful for our beach day. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect Location

This villa was perfect for our stay with three kids 8 and under. When we arrived, we found the unit very clean. The owners have also been thoughtful in what they have in their unit including nightlights, lots of charging stations, beach gear, CO monitors, and samples of travel size bathroom products. After exploring the island, we decided this was the best location. We were a block from the beach, and could easily walk. The Tiki Hut is also convenient, which was an added bonus. We also loved walking to the gorgeous playground behind the unit and to Coligny Plaza. Thank you for the stay.

Hilton Head 2025 Family Vacation

The location is amazing - we could walk everywhere including the beach, stores, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, etc. Vince was an amazing host answering all questions, providing our parking passes, and was attentive to our needs. The arrangements were perfect for our family of 6. We would stay here again without hesitations.
