  • Denna höjda enstaka nivå (16 steg upp till dörr) öppen planlösning villa uthyrning är en kort promenad till stranden, tennis, golf, General Store och Outfitters. Parkering ligger under byggnaden. Du kommer att märka helt nya lyxiga Vinyl Plank golv i hela! Det stora sovrummet har eget master badrum med separat omklädningsrum, plattskärms-TV och tillgång till balkong. Mästaren är ett kaklat badkar och dusch kombination. Gästrummet har också eget badrum, plattskärms-TV med skjutreglage till däck. Gästbadet är ett kaklat badkar och duschkombination också. Köket är fullt utrustat och ser ut mot matsal och vardagsrum. Matbordet har plats för sex. Vardagsrummet har helt nya möbler med sin drottningsbäddsoffa, kärlekssits och sidostol. Det finns också en platt-TV tillsammans med skjutreglaget till däck. Det finns en extra Gäst Badrum med tvättmaskin / torktumlare utanför huvudgången, som har en kaklad duschkabin.

Perfect Getaway

Very short walk to the beach and even shorter to the Pool, which was super clean with lots of chairs, tables and umbrellas. The unit was clean and comfortable. Special thanks for having a Keurig in the unit I wish more owners would do that! We would definitely go back to this unit again.

Nice clean unit and a perfect Beach Location

The location the Moorings is terrific if you like the beach at Palmetto Dunes. It is a very short walk, and you don't have to cross any streets. The Dunes House beach bar and restaurant is steps away. This unit is on the second floor, up about 15 steps. All the amenities are there: Netflix, Internet, and an outdoor pool with shade and cover on a windy day. The owner has made it very comfortable, and the only noises are the birds chirping in the trees. We loved it.

nice condo, good location

Very well provided. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice furnishings, the only complaint was that the master bedroom bed really needed to be changed. Short walk to the beach. Otherwise a great condo and would rent again.
