  • Denna helt fantastiska tre sovrum, fyra badrum radhus villa har just gått igenom en totalrenovering inklusive alla nya golv, nya bad, nytt kök, nya dörrar, och alla nya Pottery Barn möbler. I en mycket lugn och rofylld miljö, har fantastisk utsikt över Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Det nya vardagsrummet har vackra trägolv och inredning är bekväma och sofistikerade samtidigt Matsalen ligger i anslutning till vardagsrummet med plats för 6 och samma vackra vyer inklusive reglagen till ett skarndäck medan du äter. Bortom är den otroliga nya kök med 2 barstolar i granit täckt bardisk och nya rostfria vitvaror, Lämpligen är full tvättmaskin och torktumlare garderob utanför detta område. Från kaklade farstun är master kung sovrum med väggmonterad ljus ram säng och en karamell läder stol tillsammans med en platt-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare erbjuder alla bekvämligheter du behöver. Det finns reglagen till baksidan däck som inkluderar stora golf utsikt och ett privat badrum. Landningen har ett skrivbord och bildskärm. Den första gästen sovrummet har 2 queen sängar, reglagen till en annan liten privat däck och en platt-TV. Detta sovrum har en privat badrum. Det tredje sovrummet har en drottning säng och en enkelsäng. Tillsammans med en smidesjärn dagbädd och platt-TV med DVD-spelare, det finns reglagen till ännu en liten privat däck och en fullständig privat badrum. Love Palmetto Dunes but the house was not well cleaned

The housekeeping staff did not do a good job cleaning. There was a cup under a chair, empty beer bottle in a drawer, trash around the trash cans which were overflowing and trash by the front porch and back deck. The shower curtain liner in master bath had mold and there was no liner in one of the bathrooms upstairs. The king size mattress had a large stain that could be seen through the sheets and there was no mattress cover. The rental company did bring us a mattress pad and two shower curtain liners . They also offered to move us to a new place. We decided to stay put and they gave us a gift card to equal the housekeeping fee. Positives- The pool was great and the beach was a short bike ride away. The overall furniture and decor of the villa were nice (except for the cheap flooring in the living room that had a large gap in it). A little extra attention and TLC and this place would have a 5/5 rating.

It was a 10 minute walk to the ocean. They provided everything necessary for our stay.We would rent this again.

Unit is overpriced

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is not as upscale as photos will lead to believe. You can find similar properties from other rental companies or VRBO much cheaper. Door from laundry area does not close, noise from washer and dryer disrupts any conversation or TV/Movie watching. Master BR AC went out during trip and upstairs rooms are very warm. Palmetto Dunes did not inform us that AC company was returning for a second day and they arrived without our knowledge. Recommend searching other websites before settling on this unit as it is significantly overpriced compared to comparable 3BR properties in Water Oaks.

Wonderful Week in Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was exactly as described on the site. Everyone was pleasant to work with from check in desk to general store employees. Property was clean and met all of our expectations. We took a break from the beach and enjoyed lunch at the Dunes House. Service and food was excellent. Most mornings we walked to the general store for coffee and a quick bite to eat before heading to the beach. Our condo was about a 7 min walk to the beach. The pool was never crowded and many times we were the only ones there. We took a crabbing boat in Shelter Cove, Captain Kidd, crew was great and a fun time for all. Also, loved seeing Shannon Tanner in Shelter Cove.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From arrival to departure we enjoyed every aspect of this venue. The only setback was the absence of a working hairdryer in the villa. With 4 women that created a problem. The front desk was not available at 7:00 pm when they printed 8:00 pm as the closing date. We were able (through calling several numbers) to finally find someone in housekeeping that brought us a couple of working dryers right away.

Had to deodorize the carpet throughout because it smelled musty. Repaired the garbage can cabinet door myself because it kept flopping on the floor. Would have been great if not for minor nuisances.

Biggest complaint was check in process. We had to wait over 2 hours to check in. In addition, we were unable to use the amenities that the welcome email said would be available. Condo was in good shape except a few small issues (garbage can holder broken, grill dirty and no brush, patio dirty and covered in bird poop, etc). Using the shuttles to the beach was a nice perk.

Enjoyable visit

The onkg thing that I would recommend fixing -curtains in most rooms don’t cover the complete windows, especially in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much.
