“The property is very large and exceptional. There were nine adults in my group. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked, large and easily accommodates multiple cooks. We ended up eating in more than planned. The outdoor deck and eating area is large and has a wonderful view of the property. The pool was large and very comfortable. ”

“It's an old house kept spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you need. 2 blocks from beautiful, posh East Ave, we were 5 min drive from art museums, the planetarium, and the .Museum of Play. Beds are comfy. Window ACs hD no problem keeping the house cool. We had no problem finding close, free parking for our extra car.. Staying here gave us a much better Rochester experience than we evver got when we stayed in the burbs.”

“A 5-star stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, the house was sparkling clean, and the location was convenient for our needs (near airport and 390). The neighborhood is near the beautiful Genesee Valley Park and University of Rochester campus, but just be aware that it is probably safer to park at the lot on Elmwood Ave and Moore Rd rather than walk across (the sometimes busy) Scottsville Rd. ”
