“Everything was great! The place looks just like the pictures and it was very clean!”

“Really nice place. Even better value. There is nearby construction but it didn't really bother us. The location worked out really well for our Chuyahoga NP family vacation. It's only about 8 minutes to Brandywine Falls.”

“This was a great place for our family of 8 to stay while visiting the historic sites in Kirtland. It was clean and cozy and very convenient. We really appreciated the thought put into providing everything we needed while there. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the appliances, cookware and serving dishes we needed and more. The washer and dryer were very helpful during our stay. There were enough places to eat and lounge for all of us. “Totally charming, great kitchen. Excellent access to all that Chardon has to offer. We were there only a short time but the beach was stupendous. Felt welcoming and historic . . . Would recommend.”

“Great location! It was nice walking downtown and exploring.”

They had to replace the WHOLE unit the next day and the HVAC company they used knocked it out and we had ac by 4 that day. Thank you”

“Check in was a disaster. The key pad would not work. I spent a rediculous amount of time in 100 degree weather trying to figure it out. The adjoining condo said they had the same problem. Overall the house was clean, and well stocked. Upstairs bedroom was an issue getting to cool down.”

“The house is in good working order, it could use a few improvements, (repaint, fan in the shower, holes patched), but for the price, it was perfectly acceptable. It is tall, with two sets of stairs to get to the attic bedroom, that area worked well for our teenagers, but it'd be harder on those who have trouble with their knees. The neighborhood is loud, with a train running by sparatically throughout the day, but we got used to its whistle/horn. The host was communicative and pleasant. The...
