Unfortunately the transfer car we got sent from the hotel made us pay to get out from the airport even though we already had confirmed that we were gong to pay at the hotel.. But no big deal, just 100 rupees. The staff was very friendly and the service super, but we had missunderstood the destination. “I would really recommend Meluha the Fern for your stay in Mumbai. Being an Eco friendly hotel makes the choice even easier. Staff was doing their outmost to make your stay the best thay can and always did the little extra. ( As prcking up my glasses I forgot on the flight over to India). Always clean and fresh areas. The breakfast leaves some potential for excellent but absolutely above medium with fresh omelettes and Indian local dishes.”

I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. "We had the best stay at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport. From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was a 5 star experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and make us extremely comfortable during our whims stay. The rooms are spacious and food is excellent. Chef Tejas has been an absolute joy.
