“This hotel has a nice location between Weligama and Mirissa (only a short Tuk Tuk ride to both locations. There is no noicy traffic and youve got the beach all by yourself at the hotels doorstep. The facilities are great with large and clean rooms and so is the pool area. Service is really excellent and so is the breakfast. However lunch/dinner is less inspired and a bit pricey. Great WiFi by Sri Lankean standards. A gem.”

“Spice House Hotel. It’s a charming place, styled like an old British bungalow, right across from Coconut Hill in Mirissa. The location is beautiful, with lovely views, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay, and the internet is high-speed. Just one key thing to note: they only accept cash payments, even if you booked online through a site like Hotels.com. So be prepared with cash when you leave.”

“Probably the best location, right in front of the main entrance to the beach, and from the balcony we get a full view of Mirissa beach. We were on the 3rd floor.”

“Vi var en grupp med vänner som tillsammans avslutade vår resa på Sri Lanka här. Hjälpsam och serviceinriktad personal. Poolen och närheten till havet gjorde vistelsen helt fantastisk! Ett stort minus till hotels.com som hade bokat tre rum för sex personer istället för sju personer som det stod i vår bokning.. MEN tack vare trevlig hotellpersonal så löste det sig ändå :)”

“Overnatning stedet var lukket for renovering. De tog imod betaling men sendte mig et email efterfølgende at de ikke kunne tage mig som gæst da stedet var lukket pga renovering og jeg måtte eftrefølgende finde et andet sted”

“Nice place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. I thought for this price they may make the beds. I also asked for a special request that the said they could do, but they didnt end up doing it... It was flowers on the bed for my girlfriends birthday. Then we asked if we could have one more breakfast as we were still hungry as compensation for not having power for the day and then they said no, which wasnt a big deal. Just thought they may do that. The serving staff were very nice.”

"Lovely place, really off but relaxing and beautiful environment. Add fans in the restaurant to get rid of the mosquitoes at night and it’s five stars. Unfortunately many of the dishes on the menu wasn’t available. Make sure to visit the restaurant across the street. "

"Detta hotell är helt nytt och fantastiskt. Det ligger på en höjd men inte långt att ta sig till strand eller butiker. Djurliv tätt inpå med apor på balkongen underbart. Fanns gym och spa samt 2 pooler med en av de bästa rooftop jag varit på. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell."
