“Pretty good looking rooms and hotel. Pretty crowded especially at the buffe. Hotell service was really bad, got a broken tv in the room. I talked to guest service 3 times before they sent a technichian and he said it was working, i didnt agree. The following day i contacted guestservice again and they sent the same tech guy over. I showed him that it was actually broken (pink line over the entire screen) and after that he replaced the tv. We didnt even get a verbal we are sorry after this from...

“Awesome all the way through, only thing to complain about is the music. It is the same local Spanish music playing over and over, that only the staff seem to enjoy. 4 nights here and I did not hear a single song in English that I recognized. Best food is found at the Asian restaurant. The spring rolls are A-mazing”
