“First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

“Great location, nice people”

“Good hotel”

“The lower bed was great to sit on and sleep on---very comfortable!! Although I did not have the opportunity to be acquainted with the roommates, nonetheless, they were both courteous and respectful. The room was slightly chilly---certainly Autumnal---the room was very comfortable and clean, and the room was not stuffy at all. A very restful experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a Bagel and Weetabix frosted cereal and lovely cold Peach Punch. It really filled the spot!! I enjoyed...

“The room was clean and smelled nice. When we got to our room we had an issue with the A/C and the young man from the desk came to our room and flipped the switch at the bottom of the a/c unit. We greatly appreciated him.”

“De höll på att renovera, men på det hela var det rent och prydligt. Däremot var närområdet inte att rekommendera. Det var inte ett område man promenerar i.”

“Property was not clean upon arrival. We got there later in the evening after a busy day. A management company tried to get a cleaning crew in there, but because of the hour were unable to and attempted to relocate us for the one night and then put us back in that location for the next night. That was not possible as we were exhausted and already settled in. Took it upon myself to wash the sheets and towels that were soiled from previous guest. Luckily, there is a washer and dryer in the...

“The property is extremely run down. Dirty in all corners. Lamps not plugged in and filthy behind them to plug them in. After plugged in light bulbs were either missing or not working. One roll of toilet paper for 5 days. Te smallest thing of shampoo body soap and the 2 smallest bars of soap. Towels and sheets were clean. Chair in room was filthy. Crumbs and dirt sitting on top. No breakfast. And you could get coffee when someone showed up.”

“We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.”

“Great property! Very clean, maintained and perfect location.”

“I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!”

“Excellent location. The highway and people above were a bit loud but it was easily drowned out mostly. Would be a great place for anything at the convention center.”

“The property location was great. It served my purposes as I was there for one day. Clean room and free parking made for a solid stay.”

“The Jungle Room was super cute and comfy! We even had a little patio to have a glass of wine! We had excellent communication from management and had no issues. It’s in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars. We were in town for a hockey game and it’s just a quick walk.”
