âThe staff was great , clean and comfortable but unfortunately very noisy! Nothing they can do about it , thereâs a train track right in front of it and the train noises were all night long, not ideal for travelers that really need some rest before hitting the road! â
âOur stay was perfect. My only complaint is that this hotel has a 2AM cutoff do check in and this information was not provided until after I reserved the room. Based on our travel schedule, we almost missed out on a fully paid nonrefundable reservation. This information should be shared in the hotel information section in hotels.com. â

âLoved the big room equipped with much more than I needed for a 1 night stay. Loved that there was a scooter downstairs that I took to Broadway. Loved that the hotel was within walking distance of the soccer park and that there was an excellent bar just across the train tracks!â

âWe appreciated that the room and bathroom were large. However, (1) there was a constant/strong smell of marijuana coming from a nearby room that we smelled each time we went to our rental car (our young child was with us); (2) as soon as we walked into our room there was a giant cockroach at the door, and in the evening my husband was up late and said he saw many cockroaches of all sizes come out during the night; (3) it appears there was a partial remodel of the room that stopped right at the...
