âGreat new property in the Gulch. Walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Room was amazing! High-tech lighting throughout. Cool furniture in the room- not your typical hotel room chair etcâŠ. The staff went above and beyond.
Wouldnât hesitate to book again. Great walk-in shower and separate water closet.

âLove the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but itâs ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Canât wait to stay here again. â
âI am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key. âWe went to Nashville for a concert and we stayed a few extra days to relax. Fitness center was amazing. Pool was great, but needed a bit of treatment. The water was a bit cloudy. When so many people use the pool, it needs daily treatment, but the rooftop pool vibes and service was exceptional. Bedroom was awesome and updated and the bed wasâŠwow. It was very comfortable. "Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h).
Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily.
However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here. "
"Dirty and filthy and pubic hair all over the bathroom and blood on one bed and bloodstains in the bathroom. To top it of there was bedbugs so we flew out faster than fast
