“This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem.
I arrived 15 minutes after the receptionist was supposed to leave but she waited for me.
