Väldigt centralt och bra sett till sin prisklass
Trevligt hotell med superläge mitt i centrum av distrikt 1. Hotellet var ihopbyggt med grannhotellet (som de tydligen nyligen hade köpt upp) och var förerande via en smal passage i väggen. I början tyckte vi det var lite ofräscht då vi kom direkt från Hongkong men vande oss snabbt och tyckte utifrån prisklassen att hotellet var bra. Personalen var hjälpsamma och OK frukost. Fanns en del varma vietnamesiska rätter, lite bröd, skinka, grönsaker och en del frukt. Skulle rekommendera att komma tidigt till frukosten då saker tenderade att ta slut och inte fylldes på i så stor utsträckning. I närområdet fanns Starbucks, Burger King, KFC och många andra lokala restauranger. Rekommenderar att boka taxi via hotellet som ordnade bra priser, annars enkelt att ta sig runt till fots.

Rummet skulle ha fönster, vilket det hade, men utsikten var in i ett annat hus någon decimeneter bort. Väldigt smutsiga väggar med bland annat fuktskador. Personalen var trevlig och läget helt ok.

Mycket bra hotell
Mycket bra hotell och läge. Tyvärr hade vi strömavbrott och även ett samtal den morgon som vi skulle checka ut om att vi inte skulle glömma utcheckningen, vilket var liten stressande men annars var allt bra!

Trivsamt hotell med bra läge.
Trivsamt hotell med bra läge mitt i smeten men ändå ostört på en bakgata. Hotellet hade bytt namn i höstas till Cititel Boutique. Det var trevligt och personligt med bra personal som ordnade bokningar av våra utflykter till Cu Chi och Mekong. Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre.

Nice area in seemingly quiet backstreet
I very nice hotel in a back ally Unfortunatly did I only stay in this hotel one night Though I did get some noise from other rooms did I like it. Stayed at total 3 different hotels on this trip in Saigon. And they all had some of that noice. Mainly because was I lucky to get a balcony that I did enjoy to use. Maybe some would think that the room was small but not to me. Also the hotel felt fresh and newly built. The breakfast area on the top was good place to start a day. Whatever you on business or vacation Only negative about breakfast was missing egg but I think there was bacon there. Also Vietnames people do not how to make proper black tea It is not enough to put 2 bags in a big container and fill upp water and more water. But I seen even worse on other hotels. Only one teabag ;)

Bodde här 5 nätter. Skön säng. Lugnt område. Bra läge, lite in på en bakgata. Promenadavstånd till marknader och museum. Frukostbuffé serveras enbart om det bor fler än 20? gäster på hotellet annars frågade de vad man önskade att äta. Vi kom sent till frukostbuffen två dagar och då var det slut på en del saker som inte heller fylldes på. Övriga dagar var frukosten ok. Personalen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående.

Elegant och smidigt
Hotellet är riktigt fräscht! Nytt och fint. Luktar gott. Rummen är riktigt fina. Bodde i två olika rum och båda var mycket bra (ena hade balkong, annars precis lika fina). Vi trodde först inte att luftconditioneringen fungerade, det lät inget om den och det kändes först inte som det kom någon kallluft, men takfläkten snurrade och det va kallt i rummet en stund senare. Hotellet var väldigt nytt när vi var där, en del saker fungerade inte riktigt som de borde. En del av personalen talade utmärkt engelska, men en del andra i stort sett ingen alls. Hotellet ligger lite bakom, vilket gör att det är tyst, trots att Ho Chi Minhs trafik bara runt hörnet, väsnas galet mycket. Vi är riktigt nöjda med detta hotel, de ordnade en trip till Mekong Delta, tunnlarna osv, och det fungerade utmärkt och var inte speciellt dyrt.

Don't know why Expedia rate this property above average (7.4), and yet Google rating is 1.8/5. It's too bad that this property could have been a great hotel. Pros: 1. Great location. Couple minutes further away from other hotels near Ben Thanh market, brings so many positive things such as better foods for lower prices, especially coffee. More restaurants and bus routes. 2. Good AC and hot/cold water constantly available 3. Good price Cons: 1. No receptionist(s). The "desk" has 2 numbers to call to get info regarding check-in/check-out. If you don't have SIM...then need to get it 1st! In other hotel week before, I was able to check in and the receptionist showed me where to get the SIM. When calling the number, you will be informed of your room, with key...already inserted at the door. Other people can just freely explores the room before me, I guess!??? 2. No door signs for "Do Not Disturb"/"Clean My Room". We encountered the cleaning lady twice during our 8-days stay. She may have been there more times.... 3. Black mold everywhere, in room as well as hallway. Also watermarks from water damages in several areas of the hotel. AC only in room, not hallway; therefore, with the heat in VN, molds happening fast. We have noticed mold area outside the elevator on our floor growing larger and larger everyday! Like I said, this could have been a great hotel, but the cons have outweighed the pros for me. Will not stay again unless all the cons are dealt with.

Property was in poor condition. Mould all around the sink and walls. Flooring was uneven and peeling. No amenities. TV does not work. Hand to change rooms to a slightly better room. No reception, only a board with a phone to call, good luck if you don’t have a local sim or wifi. Wifi info was not provided either, had to call up for the password. Don’t expect any AHA branding, amenities or other services you’d usually expect. Mosquitoes everywhere, had to buy my own repellent. No tissues and a few pieces of toilet paper were provided. Stains all over the walls, tables, sheets, towels and ceiling. Overall gross and not worth the money

Worst hotel I've ever been to
Not as advertised. Not even remotely close. Broken toilet, black mold, very dirty, strong smell of cigarette smoke. The owner is not very responsive when you call. There are no staff at the location before 2pm. I asked for a refund and they said no. Avoid this place.

The shower head wasn't even attached to the wall! We were given 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper so had to buy more. Towels were not clean at all!! Just gross do not recommend

It was a joke. There were not toilet paper, no free water, no hair dryer. towels are very old and dirty. Additionally, room was very very smelly and wet. Wall was also dirty as well. When I asked a receptionist of hotel about these matters. She just said sorry. Hmm. I can not believe that they can do their business like that. DON'T BOOK HERE

チェックイン予定時刻を連絡しておく必要があったらしく到着したら無人でした。ただ入り口にある番号に電話すれば案内してくれました。 3泊の利用でしたが2日目夜に帰ると清掃が入っておらず、3日目にフロアでたまたまホテルの人と会い『清掃要る？』と聞かれ要ると答えたら清掃とタオル交換してもらえました。 建物内は蚊が多く部屋のドアを開けっ放しにしてると入ってきます。コンビニ遠くはないですが交通量の多い道を何本か渡らないといけない為欲を言えばすぐふもとにあれば良いなと思いました。価格に見合うかと言う点では充分満足して利用させてもらったと思ってます。

Checking in was extremely inconvenient for me because I didn't have a vietnamese cell phone number at the time to contact the owner so I could be checked in and this hotel doesn't ever have somebody at the front desk to check the guest in. Despite this, the owner of the hotel is very accommodating. The room I stayed in had a very, very comfortable bed, a nice air conditioner that kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and a spacious shower with abundant hot water and VERY above average water pressure. The showers at this hotel are amazing. There were things I didn't like, but at $15 a night, it wouldn't be fair to complain about them.

The room I have got is quite old and the toilet is dirty. No staff to ask for anything, you have to contact them via Whatsapp only. I found a lot of hairs stuck on the draining and the mirrors in the shower are looking like they never clean it.

Slightly above average hotel
The hotel is in lane which made it quiet but you might need to search for it. The condition is average for a Boutique hotel. The check in counter is very business like. They have a weighing machine at the lobby which is very useful for weighing luggages. The location is very good for shopping and food.

Filthy Dirty!
Unfortunately, we could not say that the stay at your hotel was at all enjoyable. The reason being that the hotel is basically dirty! From the reception, into the elevator and along the corridor into the room needs a thorough clean. There is a thick layer of dust on all surfaces in the room, the bathroom ventilator is thick with grime and all of the bathroom surfaces need scrubbing thoroughly. When we arrived into our room, the fridge still had open and half eaten food left behind by previous occupants and half empty drink containers. To be fair, this issue was resolved quickly but there doesn’t appear to be any level of quality control when it comes to hotel cleanliness. Whilst we accept that we didn’t pay for a luxurious hotel, there is no excuse for a hotel being dirty. We hope this e-mail provides information to help improve standards of cleanliness in the hotel for other guests!

The good about this place is just the location which make the price high for hotel star. the water system for hot water is very hot and good. aircon is very good and cold. staff is friendly when i check in, nice feeling when you walk in hotel with good smell. the room i stay a lot patch and fixing in the wall and celing.. it is value for money for it location if someone care about location more.

The neighborhood is quiet and there’re lots of shops/ restaurants nearby. Ben Tanh Market is also within walkable distance, so the location is quite nice. However, it was a pity that there were a dozen of mosquitoes in our room given the rainy weather, and the staff couldn’t not do much to help as neither mosquito-proof net or electronic swatter is açai me; the bed linen was also partly stained, so overall speaking I do feel a bit disappointed, but it’s understandable for a less costly hotel :p

予約の際に表示される写真と実際の部屋の差が大きかった。隣のビルの部屋になり、そこが改造工事中だったことが原因かもしれない。 オプションのツアーの出迎えについて相談・連絡を取ってもらい無事に参加することができた。親切に対応していただき感謝しています。 補足：予約の際に表示されていたホテルの場所が実際の場所と違っており探すのに少々手間取った。

Very old and dirty looking. Balcony door was rusty, could not open or close easily. Mosquitoes everywhere. Toilet heater not working, had to call them to repair. Bed was ok. Locker not working. Refused to provide ice. Breakfast was lousy. Most of the service staff could not understand English. Corridor to room was ugly and scary. Location was okay.
