“Beautiful hotel/apartment
We had a room on higher floor and it was beautiful. Our room was equipped with kitchenette and little washing machine. Daily cleaning was immaculate. Hotel is located outside of major touristy areas but short drive with Grab. Breakfast was good with decent numbers of options ”
“Such a lovely and fresh apartment in Hanoi. You feel like home when u come there. Only bad thing is that there are not hot shower, very wierd because they have a big bathtub which we couldnt use. Also its hard to find, but totally worth it when u find it! (close to cirkle K and V-mart. Otherwise I would recommend it and of course book it again. ”
“Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. ”

But my biggest concern was the bathroom/shower. Water stays hot just for a short while. But the biggest issue was that water is leaking out from tha shower to the rest of the bathroom and it stayed there, it didn't drain. ”

“Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up.
Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! ”
