“Great Personal ”

“I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...

“Such a lovely and fresh apartment in Hanoi. You feel like home when u come there. Only bad thing is that there are not hot shower, very wierd because they have a big bathtub which we couldnt use. Also its hard to find, but totally worth it when u find it! (close to cirkle K and V-mart. Otherwise I would recommend it and of course book it again. ”

“Excellent value for the price. My room was more of an apartment unit than a typical hotel room, with a full kitchen, stand-up, fridge, sofa and large tv. Cau Giay is not the most central neighborhood, but it was nice to get out of the touristy zone. Staff was polite.”

“best hotel in hanoi they were so so helpful and sweet i wish i stayed longer, the breakfast is so good too, i even forgot my apple pencil and they reminded me to get it. you guys should stay here!”

“Struttura molto piacevole, e personale cordiale gentile e ospitale. Mi sono sentito a casa!”

“Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean. I will be returning when I return to Hanoi in a couple months. Highly recommend.”
