As you step inside, the home opens into a bright and spacious living area framed by gorgeous Tasmanian Oak flooring that runs throughout the house. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere to relax in after a day of exploring. The living room features a comfortable couch and a lsrge 65inch TV, and the powerful heat pump/air conditioner keeps the entire home warm during the cooler months or cool in summer.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal preparation, with ample bench space, quality appliances and a dining area perfect for enjoying breakfast or winding down with dinner. A Nespresso pod machine is provided, with a small supply of pods to help you settle in.

The property includes two well-sized bedrooms, both with queen beds, each fitted with its own heater to ensure comfort all year round. The bathroom also includes an integrated laundry with a washing machine for guest convenience.

Outside, a brand-new deck extends the living space and captures peaceful views over the hills and towards kunanyi/Mount Wellington. It’s an ideal place for a morning coffee or an evening unwind. The home sits on a quiet street with off-street parking at both the front and rear of the property. Guests are simply asked to keep the shared driveway clear.

South Hobart is one of Hobart’s most loved suburbs, known for its leafy streets, friendly community and easy access to nature. Just a short drive away are local cafés, grocers, restaurants and convenience stores, along with the iconic Cascade Gardens and walking trails that lead toward kunanyi/Mount Wellington. The area has a relaxed, welcoming feel while still being close to Sandy Bay’s shops and the Hobart CBD.

Guests can park in the driveway at either the front or rear of the property, with easy access to the entrance. Public transport is available along Waterworks Road, while rideshare services operate throughout the area. South Hobart’s village is around 10 minutes away, Sandy Bay 12 minutes, and Hobart’s CBD 15 minutes. The airport is a straightforward 30–35 minute drive.
