Your feedback regarding these features is valuable, and we will certainly consider it as we strive to improve and enhance our accommodations. It's worth noting that our rooms are generously sized and include wardrobes for storing clothes, and we are happy to provide additional luggage racks upon request.During your stay, our team assisted you with your bags during check-in, and I personally carried your bags upon your departure. We also offered to clean your room on multiple occasions, but we respect your decision when you declined.Although we do not always have on-site staff, we are available 24/7, and our contact information is readily available in each room. We always encourage guests to communicate any concerns or requests during their stay. Your decision to book an additional night with us was a positive sign, and we genuinely believed you were enjoying your time here.Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests. We regret not being aware of your concerns during your stay, as we always aim to promptly address any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
