Family wedding location weekend.

Our adult family of 7 stayed at this accommodation for a wedding celebration at Home Hill. It met all our expectations as advertised on Stayz. We visited Willie Smith's, ate out at the Moorings at Franklin, had coffee at the quirky DS Cafe in Huonville

Great spacious house

Beautiful setting overlooking the river. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was clean and very comfortable. Surrounding area has lots of wildlife and horses. It is within walking distance of the shops and very close to The Kiln which is a great restaurant.

Wonderful stay

Bedrooms were luxurious and the house had everything we needed during our stay. Town conveniently located a few minutes away. Some great cafes for breaky and lunch. Overall very picturesque and pieceful.

Friends wine and food tour

Good, quiet location for touring the Huon area. We were only four adults but large enough to cater for more comfortably. Netflix a plus. Very effective heating for the cooler weather.

Adult family celebration.

We enjoyed a family holiday in this lovely home. The house is well appointed with plenty of room to suit a variety of family types. The expanse of double glazed windows and doors allows plenty of light inside whilst staying snug inside, in the cooler weather, or to invite the freshness of the day in when wanted. There are lots of options to sit and enjoy the beauty of the river and nature. The beds are comfortable and situated in generous bedrooms. Ample linen supplied. A few minor things could be tweaked but would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic Property

Great location in a well designed very clean spacious house. Really comfortable beds. Walk to brilliant coffee/ breakfast place. Great location , close to Huonville town and short drive to beautiful Cygnet . Had a fabulous day trip to Bruny Island and enjoyed a lunch at Mathew Evans , Fat Pig Farm and both were easy to do from here. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend to others .

Wonderful

This is a beautiful property. A home away from home & we loved staying here. It was a great base for exploring the Huon Valley right down to Cockle Bay. It was lovely to come home to such comfort each afternoon. Would love to come back.

Huon valley base

As a group of retirees we used it as a base to explore the area. Excellent roomy house maybe more suitable for families as we could of used an extra bathroom or toilet. Highly recommend Jins Kitchen, Korean restaurant, in Huonville.

Architectural house with stunning views

Fantastic property, the pictures do not do it justice. Well designed, great furniture and fittings with amazing views across the river and hillside. The town has a surprising amount of great places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would recommend to all.

Gorgeous house and surrounds

My family and I loved this house. It is so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. There were toys for the kids and so much to do in the area. We loved the nearby bakery and general store, which does amazing burgers and pho.

Beautiful location and property

This was so relaxing and they really have thought of everything. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location for seeing the area. Perhaps a bbq on the back deck would have topped it off but the kitchen is so fully stocked and functional that it does make up for it. Not that we used any of it but they have even thought of everything a family with children could use. The only other would be a TV in the master suite to escape others and spend time in this amazing suite. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleaning was that we moved the couches around and it was really quite dusty under there and several toys had been living under there. The bulk of the house was amazing and clean including bedding and bathrooms. Thank you for this place. We are already planning a return trip and have recommended it to our friends.
