The Space:

The home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across five bedrooms and two spacious levels, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out.



Downstairs

The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan living area where the modern kitchen, dining room, lounge and games room flow seamlessly together. Large sliding doors open onto the expansive entertaining deck, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor space for relaxing, dining and enjoying the beautiful ocean outlook.



The games room features a full-size pool table, making it a favourite space for both kids and adults after a day exploring Hobart and the Channel region. Also on this level you'll find: One queen bedroom One single bedroom. A family bathroom with a full-size bath and separate shower Laundry facilities with washing machine.

Upstairs

Ideally located just 2 minutes' drive from Blackmans Bay Beach and Bayview Shopping Centre, you'll have everything you need close by. Bayview Shopping Centre offers a mini supermarket, bakery, newsagency, bottle shop and a popular sushi takeaway—perfect for picking up breakfast, essentials or an easy dinner.



In just 4 minutes, you can reach Kingston Beach, where you'll find a great selection of cafés, restaurants and scenic waterfront walking paths, as well as Kingston's main shopping precinct with supermarkets, retail stores and everyday conveniences.



When you're ready to explore further, Hobart's vibrant CBD is only a 20-minute drive away, making Oceanview Retreat the perfect base for discovering Salamanca Place, Battery Point, MONA, the iconic waterfront and the many attractions of southern Tasmania.



Getting Around:

For the best experience exploring Hobart and its surroundings, having a car is recommended. Yet, if you require public transportation, there's a nearby bus stop with a regular service commuting to the CBD.

There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent. -Please note this property is NOT fenced and is waterfront so it is not recommended for young children under 10yrs. Persons under the age of 18 are also the sole responsibility of the guests staying ,the owners and management have made the limitations of safety known to all guests that stay and therefore cannot be held responsible. -Please supervise children at all times
