Leonie and Tim very welcoming, Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet area, bed comfortable Room exceptionally clean. Wow the views were amazing to look at from the home. Well recommend.

Stunning views. Friendly, excellent service. Clean rooms, with that little bit extra, right down to the heated bathroom tiles. Would definitely recommend.

An absolute home away from home. Our host Leonie couldn’t have done more to make us comfortable. A warm welcome, lovely room with fabulous view, delicious breakfast, beautiful surroundings.

Queen Kitty of the House
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Tim and Leonie were very welcoming hosts. The room was incredible, very lux and the waterfront view from our window - WOW. We brought our kitty Narla with us and she felt right at home, she didnt want to leave! Leonie and Tim spoiled Narla with attention and scratches and even bacon in the morning. Narla was welcomed with open arms and was even aloud to explore the 'private areas', very very naughty and spoiled. We were so happy she felt comfortable being in a new house with new people. The breakfast was so delicious and fueled our days, we did not need lunch we were so full! It really was a memorable stay for our second year anniversary at Waterview gardens B&B. Highly recommend.

Cosy comfort.
A very relaxed, warm and comfortable stay. The host was friendly and provided little sweet treats in the room and cooked fresh bread daily, provided cooked and continental breakfast.

Comfortable, cosy, clean, and homely
Situated on a beautiful spot with gorgeous water views from the balcony. Room was beautifully furnished and very cosy and comfortable with tea & coffee making amenities, TV, wifi, plush king size bed, private balcony, and spacious (absolutely spotless) bathroom complete with oversized bathtub, heated floor tiles, and walk-in rainfall shower. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable and ensured we had a great stay - the wonderfully prepared homemade breakfast was a real highlight.

View to die for in Margate
Views to die for. Lovely host. Pretty gardens with lots of pademelons scattered throughout. Good breakfast included in the price. Totally happy with the stay.

Is as good as advertised. I loved being able to have my dog spend the night in my room. We also had several pademelons (small wallabies) grazing outside our window each evening. The hosts are very kind and gracious.

Hosts, Leonie & Tim, are very friendly and make you feel welcome from check in. Beddings are premium and comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Exceeded my expectations. Do not let the dirt road entrance put you off. Wonderful hosts, beautiful views, scrumptious breakfast and very comfortable. Highly recommend
