“This house was BEAUTIFUL! You can tell a lot of love and work went into the decor. Simply charming and very comfortable. We wanted to get in a few hours early and the host worked with us to get in as soon as possible, which I appreciated. She was great. I would have given a 5 star review but I can’t because of the location. The neighborhood is in transition - but it’s not there yet. We didn’t feel unsafe - but we didn’t venture far from our place. There really wasn’t anything in walking...

“Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. ”
