“Das Quartier ist für eine Nacht okay, mehr aber nicht. Wir hatten schwere Koffer und das Haus hat keinen Lift bei einer engen und steilen Stiege!! Dem Badezimmer würde eine ordentliche Reinigung und Entkalkung mal guttun. In der Nacht war uns kalt (Ende März), es zieht bei den Fenstern rein! Das Einchecken/Auschecken ist sehr auf Sicherheit bedacht, funktioniert aber gut. Besonderes Plus ist die Nähe zur Chuo-Bahnstation.”

Its location is superb as the airport shuttle to Kagoshima airport is right next door, 5-10 minutes walk to Kagoshima chuo station and shopping malls. “A bit remote at the end of the tram line. Check in is done digital, no staff on site. Nice clean rooms. + Cosy rooms with most stuff you need - Heavy cargo trains during nights right outside window, did not bother me though - But worst is that hotel can be extremely difficult to contact. No email at Hotels, no email at hotel site and "Help" call at reception does not work. We could not arrange to prolong our stay by merging two bookings since we did not reach them.
