âFabulous!
Small boutique hotel feeling throughout the property and efficient, friendly service.
Everywhere is clean and well maintained. Our room was bright and fresh. Plenty of storage.
The food is excellent! Huge range of delicious food that exceeded our expectations. The service from all the ladies waiting on tables was excellent. We felt their service was personal and professional.

âWaves was under construction, so we were accommodated at the House, awesome!
Wade, Rhea, Andrew and all the staff were great to us. The room was also always kept clean, twice daily.
The food, the drinks, exceeded our expectations.

âWe stayed here for four nights at Sunbay Hotel. The rooms were large and spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome, really tasty things like hash browns, sausages and cod. Really liked the banana bread too.
There were a few things that could use some improvement. We stayed in room 209 and it was large but I wish they would repaint the room, fix the WiFi, and make sure both pillows were soft. We had one hard pillow and one soft. Also the lamps had...
