“HUGE apartment in front of the beach! Property in excellent conditions. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in closet, in site laundry, a large terrace with the dining table for six people and a patio set for four. Sparkly clean, service everyday, elevator from the pool/beach straight to the terrace of the apartment. I cannot say enough good things. It was an outstanding stay! Can't wait to go back. “We stayed here for four nights at Sunbay Hotel. The rooms were large and spacious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome, really tasty things like hash browns, sausages and cod. Really liked the banana bread too. There were a few things that could use some improvement. “The staff was friendly and helpful, the property needs to be painted, the pool was full of leaves, the room had no Kettle, not even a little fridge, no hand soap, no small shower gel, The front desk could not even find them at times. In the advertising the room it mentions breakfast included this was not the case and i am very much upset about this fall advertising. ”

“Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay.
