“We had a great time and the host was fantastic to work with. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Everything was very comfortable. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there”

“From the moment we arrived we fell in love with Sunny Side Cottages! The owners communicated the check in process and even had the lights on for us. Our unit was Sunrise and has recently been remodeled. The king size bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The owners made sure we had snacks and the toiletry basket overflowed with anything you may have forgotten to pack! The kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay.
