âLovely old hotel with friendly staff. Includes breakfast which was amazing (3 choices made to order vs your typical continental breakfast). Close walk to Beacon Hill and downtown.â
âWhat a wonderfully charming inn! Our room was perfect from the comfy bed to the windows overlooking the street. A 2 minute walk from Beacon Hill Park,15 mins from Fishermanâs Wharf and not much longer to Fan Tan Alley in Chinatown. We didnât need a car to get around at all. Breakfast was wonderful. My husband canât say enough about the building and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Hedy and Roy/Ron (sorry we couldnât remember which it was)

âThis was the nicest room in our 14 day Pacific Northwest trip & we would definitely stay there again. It was huge and we wouldâve liked to stay there longer if it was possible. Victoria was incredible and our stay at this hotel topped it offâ
âI accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date. When I arrived around 10 p.m., the front door was closed, so I had to call the hotel. The manager answered and was extremely professional and helpful when I explained my situation. He went above and beyond, assuring me he would take care of everything and kindly allowed me to stay despite my booking mistake. He even explained where I could find extra blankets and pillows if needed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always eager to help.â
âThis Inn was a bit strange! We was given a room that was clearly sub standard. Thankfully we was given an other room the next day that was alright. Breakfast was different from most breakfast I âve ever had at a hotel, strange but kind of fun! The whole Inn desperately need some maintenance, but I think the experience very much depends on which room you are given. The staff was helpful and kind. All things considered, I think it was an affordable hotel.â

âLocated on the top floor which was perfect since you couldnt hear the other people staying there. Large and comfortable bed, jacuzzi in the room was perfect after a full day out. Became quiet in the evening around 21.30 which for our type of stay in Victoria.

âThe shops were within walking distance. However i am 45 and still physically fit. If you have an elder or someone that has walking issues the hotel has a transportation service i would recommend using. I want to post a bad review so this diamond in the rough stays unknown. I have come here every time and will keep doing so. Thank you RS!!â
