“Great location, house had all the essentials we needed”

“We enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and easy and the property is located very close to the downtown so you can walk almost elsewhere. The staff are very friendly, professional and check-in was very easy. The unit itself is very clean and just as described. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you're going to be visiting the Saugatuck area.”

“We had an amazing time. The place was great, the house was clean, well equipped and located in a quiet area while still being close to Sagatuck. There was a pool on site, and we also enjoyed playing volleyball, basketball and tennis. We definitely come back and stay longer next time.”

“Be sure to check the schedule of the fitness club just 10-15 feet from your bedroom window. I was woken up early (8a) on multiple days by a workout class held outside with amplified music. A major drawback to an otherwise charming little house. The furnace was reluctant to heat up at night and I had to find my own coffee filters/sugar, but such a good value, and I never had to drive more than 12 min the entire week I was there.”

“Great location, kitchen amenities & super comfy bed. They need to add a small wardrobe or folding butler bars. There is nowhere to hang any clothes. We had dress clothes for 2 dinner reservations & had to lay over the counter chairs.Not sure if the bath towels were new and not washed as they left residence all over your body & hair so after first time had to use our own beach towels.”

“Property was very clean and had every amenity you would need. The proximity to the beach and watching the Michigan sunsets was amazing. Loved the hot tub, neighborhood, and many near by activities! Will be staying here again!”

“Overall our stay was nice, i love the old history of the house, and there was definitely plenty of room for everyone. Check in and check out process were easy and communication was great. We loved how close it was to downtown area, although we came to find out it was a 20min walk, not 10min as advertised. No biggie. We had deer visiting us in the backyard which was pretty cool! (Host please note it was the deer who ate the garden! Lol). I do need to add the property could be cleaned...

“The shower backed up after a 5 minute shower and took 40 minutes to drain. My husband could not then shower because we had to be somewhere by a certain time. There were ants in the bathroom, kitchen, and one crawled on me while I was sitting in a chair. Small ant bait traps would help. Bed seemed more like a full than a queen. The screened in porch was the best feature. There is a Keurig coffee maker which we didn't see in the picture so we had brought ours from home. The fridge is small but was...

“This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus!”

“My husband, our dog, and I stayed here for our babymoon and had a great time. The location was amazing, and the home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax before baby arrives. We would definitely stay here again!”
