“Staff”

“Rooms were not ready at midnight for an entire group of PSU football fans. They let USC team check out at 6pm (took the $$$ for that) and then did not turn the rooms around in time for its customers. I waited until 1am for my room. I gave feedback to the company and they said oops, sorry, we’ll train people. They offered nothing for our troubles. Imagine showing up at midnight after a full day and waiting an hour for your room you overpaid for to begin with.”

“Trevlig personal och bemötande. Rummen rena och bra standard. Lite lyhört dock. Det enda negativa var frukosten. Typisk amerikansk frukost med våfflor, rostat bröd, bagels och marmelad”

“Decent room for the price, lots of rust and updates needed. Staff a little rude. I work night shifts as travel nurse. Staff knocked on door despite the do not disturb sign. They wanted to move new furniture in and were put off when I said no.”

“Staff were amazing, furniture is a bit dated. Not close to anything so bring all your needs.”

“I stayed here for work and it was quiet with very friendly staff. I loved the refrigerator/freezer and 2 burner stove in the room. The bed was comfortable and it seemed like the hotel was fairly clean just outdated. The things that didn’t appear clean I think were just actually worn down. If it were closer to my job I may consider staying again but I can find more updated, closer places.”

“Clean room and property easy to find off the highway”

“When I arrived, the office was closed and I was unable to check in. I had to find another hotel for the night. There was nobody at Expedia to assist me. I tried the virtual assistant messaging and it was just ended in an endless loop. Overall a horrible experience.”

“Awesome staff. Great customer service. The breakfast was awesome. A special thank you to Janell who makes you feel very comfortable. Very helpful. The parking was perfect. Always plenty of spaces and free.”
