“I slept like a baby in this quaint apartment. The home was simply, yet comfortably furnished and gave cozy vibes. The property is lined with trees/vegetation providing privacy and the location was central to the area allowing easy navigation to all of Portland. Just 10 minutes from the Jetway and the wharf. The property owner was communicative & the check-in process couldn't have been easier.”

“Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. ”

“The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

I searched for awhile to find a place that had some private outdoor area and i gambled a little because there is another rental right behind the one we stayed in plus the owners home was directly in front of us and our only seperate-ish area was the fire pit area out front which is on what was a pretty busy road during the day, but at nighttime the road quieted down and the hosts...

“We spent the days exploring the area (hikes, horseback riding, seeing lighthouses, exploring Portland etc.) and it was a nice place to come "home" to for my family (6 of us). We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was a bit hotter while we were there (unseasonably I believe) and so we definitely used the window air conditioners. Overall the house was very comfortable for us, was clean and provided everything we needed! ”

“We stayed for 3 nights and I can honestly say it was the cleanest place I ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet, so it was awesome for our little ones to go to sleep early. They had everything you could ever need for a trip, and more. The only complaint we have is the sink nasal spraying everywhere, which seemed to only be a water pressure issue, so no big deal at all. The host was very communicative for our upcoming trip. “Check in was convenient. The location was great for renting a boat, getting gas, paddling and kayaking. Plenty of room inside, great size kitchen and appliances. Washer and dryer on same floor a bonus. sleeping accommodations primarily in basement except for master on third floor and 2 twins only on main floor, the rest in basement and one is shared with the water heater system and pump system lull you to sleep.
