The dining area provides seating for 6 at the table and an additional 3 stools at the bar. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll discover the inviting living room. Please note that while this property offers a private boat dock, it does not have a ramp. You can access the property through a nearby public access point and make your way to the dock. The boat lifts at the property are not available for guest use.
