“This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it
 you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. ”

“My daughter and I stayed here for over a week. The house was perfect. We were here when topsail Island got a foot of snow. The water pipes ended up freezing, but Lee was wonderful to work with. He had his handyman come out and check on us. Lee was very responsive to any questions that I sent his way. Had a wonderful experience.”
