Charming soundside home with private beach & dock

Enjoy this fabulous soundfront home. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy coffee on the front balcony to enjoy the ocean sunrise to start your day. Play all day in the water with an amazing private beach at low tide or jump off the dock into very deep water. Easy 5 minute walk to the oceanside beach with lots of room to store your beach toys. 10 minute walk to the village shops, restaurants, putt putt, roller rink, playground and tennis/pickle ball courts. End your day with a lovely beverage to enjoy the fabulous sunset over the sound.

During Summer season, this is a weekly rental Sunday to Sunday.

Boat lift is not included in the rental. Use of dock at own risk. Owners Boat and trailer may be parked in far side of driveway.

The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths plus a half bath on ground floor with outdoor shower. The unique jack and jill bathroom between the bunk room and queen guest room has a private water closet and sink for each bedroom and only a shared shower. Elevator can make it easy for you to bring yourself and your belongings to any of the 3 floors. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and the house has wifi.

Linens and towels/beach towels are included but beach towels need to be washed and dried before departure.
Kitchen is fully stocked with T-fal cookware, panini press, air fryer and Keurig coffee maker.
Laundry room has a front loader washer and dryer for any laundry needs during your stay.
Great deck furniture for you to enjoy the ocean sunrises or sound sunsets.
If you have the Sonos app, you can connect to the indoor/outdoor speaker system, we just ask you be mindful of quiet hours at 10pm and be polite neighbors. 2nd fridge in the elevator room allows for easy overflow of beverages to be stored and loaded into your cooler. Please if used for fish, ensure smell and fish is cleaned up.
Low tide makes a great beach area for you to play and float in the water or drop a line off the dock to try to catch dinner. Just like the ocean, you will see sealife such as dolphins, stingrays and jellyfish. The end of the dock is 11 feet deep at low tide but always be mindful of where you are jumping in and the current. Floating dock is about 3-4 ft at low tide. If you have your own boat, feel free to drop in at Bush's marina and tie up to the dock but you remain responsible for proper storage. We ask that you use proper bumpers to not damage your boat or our dock as you will be liable for any damage.

There is 2 ring cameras on the exterior of the property. One on the front with view of the driveway and the second on the back of the house near the stairs with views of the lawn.
