“The house is in a perfect location and decorated like I would decorate my own beach house. We enjoyed all the things...early sunrises and evening sunsets off the back of the house were amazing, kayaking was perfect with a dolphin, a sea turtle even laid her eggs during the week we were there!!! Access to beach is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Erik was extremely attentive and great communication!! I look forward to returning to this beautiful home!”

“Do NOT stay at this location!! The owner is very creepy and weird. I pulled up at the day of arrival. And after he drove up in the driveway and got out. I called his name and he just looked and stared at me WITHOUT speaking! I called his name twice and he just stared at me. Super awkward and strange. Do not stay here! ”

“We had a great stay at The Kooler. The daytime beach views were amazing and even better at night for star gazing. We saw several shooting stars! The house was very clean and cozy; a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or for a family with kids. We would definitely rent again. ”
