**Must be at least 25 to rent property. Photo ID and/or Driver’s license will be required at time of booking. Once booking is confirmed, please upload your ID to the pre-arrival form and sign rental agreement. ID must match guest name. Primary guest must be 25+ to book & must be present during entire stay. Reservations will be cancelled for third party bookings or if you do not meet age requirements. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding refunds. ID is required before access is given. Thank you! Guidebook with door code will be sent the day prior to check-in or once rental agreement and pre-arrival form are submitted for same day bookings.**

-Must have valid drivers license to operate golf cart. It is against the law for any person without a valid drivers license to operate the street legal golf cart. Only registered guests with valid drivers license are allowed to operate golf cart. Golf cart is inspected before and after every guest check-in. Any damages found to golf cart will be guest responsibility. Guests must notify property management immediately if any issues are found. Free beach parking is only permitted with registered golf cart.

*For your protection and the protection of our property and golf cart, there is a ring doorbell camera installed next to the front door that operates 24/7. Camera does not have a view of the inside and is the only security camera installed on the property.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund minus payment processing fees for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
