  • Rymlig och nybyggd med en rustik strandinredning! Detta 5 sovrum, 2. 5 badrum hem är designad för kvalitetstid tillsammans samtidigt som det ger lugna paradiser att dra sig tillbaka till. Enkel tillgång till stranden tvärs över en lugn gata. Vacker havsutsikt från det stora rumets spelbord, tv-område och täckt däck. Ett välutrustat kök med matsal med 12 platser, mysigt vardagsrum och avskärmad veranda. Idealiskt beläget i öns lugna ände, men bara 15 minuters promenad till stadens bekvämligheter.

    Med 5 sovrum kan detta hus bekvämt rymma upp till 12 uppdrag.

    Enkel åtkomst till stranden över en lugn gata (huvudvägen är bakom huset).

    Bottenvåningen - vardagsrum, matsal, rymligt kök, ett drottning sovrum, våningssalen rum (TV med Roku), ett komplett badrum och en skärmad veranda med takfläktar för att slå värmen.

    Andra våningen - stort rum med TV-område (DVD och Roku) och ett utökbart spelbord (spel och pussel ingår); det täckta däck med takfläktar har barstolar och lyftstolar; ett drottning sovrum med privat tillgång till det delade badrummet, ett tvåbäddsrum, ett andra drottning sovrum och ett halvt badrum.

    Avsluten privat utomhusdusch med varmt och kallt vatten.

    En 15 minuters promenad till stadens bekvämligheter inklusive restauranger, butiker, minigolf, kafé, 50-talsskridskobana, glassbutik, arkad, deli och fiskebrygga.

    Detta hus har inga stora mattor, så det är perfekt för de med allergier.

Köket är välutrustat och har en kaffebryggare med permanent guldfilter, stor brödrost, en Ninja matprocessor med olika tillbehör, en handhållen matprocessor och handblandare, tillsammans med gott om redskap, diskar, grytor, kokkärl, bakplåt och glas. Our family has been staying here for many years and we keep coming back because it is perfect for multiple generations. Two living rooms, well equipped kitchen, large enough dining table to seat everyone together, outdoor shower, and the list goes on. The owners are extremely pleasant and quickly respond to inquiries.

Location was great - very close to a beach access. Outdoor shower was very helpful. The kitchen organization was confusing at first but we figured it out and it was well stocked. We noticed a considerable amount of dog hair when sweeping up from day to day which I understand is hard to clean up well. Other than that it was clean. Washer and dryer also very helpful.

Just right!

Great location, excellent accommodations for our large family group. We loved the multiple gathering areas so the card players, puzzlers, and gamers all had a space. Would definitely come again.

Great place

Our family had a great stay at Seahorse Corral. The house was clean and comfortable and helped to provide us one of the best experiences we have had in Topsail. Close walk to the beach and great view from the upper level.

Family Reunion

This is our 4th time staying at this house and it continues to be our favorite. Everything is perfect for multiple generations, people who like to cook, people who need solitary time, as well as opportunities for all 12 of us to be together for meals and other activities. Also, the owners are so pleasant and easy to work with.

The BEST!

This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest and best beach houses we have ever stayed at. It’s so close to the public access, it’s like having an oceanfront house. The views are spectacular from the top deck and the house is perfect for our family needs.

We have stayed at Roxane & Scott's beach home for several years now for our annual family beach trip. Every year we have an excellent experience from start to finish! The home is perfect for our larger group of adults- the upstairs bonus area is our game room, where we play card games after dinner every night. This year, we enjoyed watching the Hurricane's play Stanley Cup matches in the TV area upstairs. You can always often find a member of our crowd relaxing on the upstairs deck, looking out at the ocean and lightly swinging in the deck chairs. The large kitchen is well stocked and easily handles the abundance of food we always bring with us. The short walk across the street to public beach access is super easy and is usually not crowded.We hope to talk to Roxane and Scott about staying again next year!

Best Family Vacation!

We have vacationed at south Topsail so many times, but this was the best! The home is well appointed with several gathering places, inside and out. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had lots of good quality cookware. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us! We will be back!

This is our third stay at the seahorse corral, and it accommodates our family perfectly! We love the proximity to the beach, as well as the two places to gather for different age groups and the wonderful decks. Perfect quiet getaway

The house was perfect for our family of six. Everyone had their own bedroom with great places to gather both upstairs and downstairs. The porches on the back of the house are wonderful, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Wonderful!

2nd Year at this Wonderful Beach House

This is our second year renting the Seahorse Corral and we love it! The house is perfect for a large group with two levels for different activities and the ocean views are fantastic. The area is right where our family likes to be at Topsail Beach as we have other family members with homes on the south end of the Island and it makes it easy to get together. Thanks for being such fantastic hosts and we look forward to staying again next year!

We didn't want to leave!

This was our first time together as a whole family in years. It was so much fun, so relaxing, and we absolutely loved being steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time hunting shark teeth and enjoying the waves, but we also enjoyed getting together at the end of the night to play games in this wonderful home. I highly recommend!

Great owner and excellent property

We had a great stay on Topsail Island at this property and the owners were very accommodating with us - we appreciated that sheets were included with the rental and the nice location. The owner proactively reached out with an issue as our stay was starting which we also appreciated. The location was steps away from the beach and we enjoyed the nice layout of the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for all the prompt responses to our questions! Hope to stay here again some day.

If you like mellow and comfortable, this is your place.

This is one of my favorite houses in 50 years of beach stays.. Comfortable, well-appointed house in layout and furnishings. You’ll love the upper deck, especially in the evening. At quiet end of island. A 5-10 minute drive for some conveniences which leaves this house a peaceful retreat. Close to beach and ICW. Just don’t come on my week.

Our stay consisted of 9 ladies this year from our women's fellowship. These ladies do a yearly getaway ministry looking forward to the reconnect, refocus and refresh. This group is important all year it seems we focus on others. Each yearly getaway for us to do a inventory and to do a melt down.

Our family has been staying at this house now for a number of years and we will keep continuing to come back! We have a large family and there are plenty of beds to go around. There is also an upstairs flex space that is perfect for games after dinner. The hosts are always proactive to try to answer any questions before they come up. As anticipated, we had zero issues and check in/check out was a breeze. The views of the water from the top porch/deck are fabulous and the swinging chairs are a favorite hangout spot of mine :) highly recommend this property!!
