“This rental was a last minute reservation and both Expedia and the property management were very professional.
The communication was great and the property was exactly how it was presented.
Very convenient location with great amenities.
The only negative comment I have is the parking situation.
There is a garage but it’s pay by phone and you could end up paying 45/ day. Luckily there was a discount with the reservation.
Otherwise it was great!”

“Parking instructions were ambiguous and not helpful and I emailed about it twice and got form slip replies that were equally unhelpful. They did not email back in timely manner. It is not steps from the beach, you cannot see the beach from our room. The bed was comfy. ”

“This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building.
The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other...

“The accommodations were clean and to be expected. All items you’d need for the beach/pool and day to day visit/life were available. The communication with the host was way above par and the follow through with her assistant was the cherry on top! Felt welcomed and very well taken care of.”
