This beautiful home features 2 bedrooms on the main living level with the 3rd bedroom (master suite) tucked away upstairs on its own private level. Multiple decks, spacious bedrooms, and the charming Florida decor will have you feeling at home in no time. Not to mention the fully stocked kitchen - equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets.

Nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach, you are never too far from any of the incredible amenities that Anna Maria Island has to offer. You can explore by foot, bike or take advantage of the free AMI trolley service as the North and Southbound stops are closely located to the home!

Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals.

- Maximum of 6 Total Occupants per City of Holmes Beach (city ordinance / building codes) and House Rules.

- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a
respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors
of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

- Anna Maria and Holmes Beach have a strict “noise ordinance” which is strongly enforced between 10pm and 7am.

- Security device (video camera and sound monitoring) OUTSIDE ONLY (front door, side gate, rear patio) for the safety, security and protection of our home.

Plenty of kitchen supplies. Love that they provided coffee! Joe was amazing and very easy to get a hold of and handled everything promptly. Maybe just a few suggestions, a couple extra towels for the bathroom would be great, maybe mirrors in the bedrooms, so you can get ready in them if needed. The twin beds maybe need new frames, very loud. But we loved the place! Location is fabulous!

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic week on the island, and loved this house. We found it exactly as advertised, and had everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen extras, games and puzzles. The bikes were in excellent condition and the beach chairs seemed brand new. We enjoyed lounging by the warm pool and biking to the beach. There’s coffee, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Joe was a fantastic renter, communicated everything very well and was always available to answer questions. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to the island.

Relaxing Stay in August 2024

We really enjoyed a 1week stay with the Family. House is perfectly equipped, nice large kitchen and living room + 3 rooms. Beach equipment incl. Sun umbrellas were available + Beach towels. Beach about 8 minutes walking distance…but also enjoyed the Little Pool in the Garden. Hello Joe, Thanks again for the Support and good recommendations.

Excellent property and location. Host was also fantastic and went the extra mile in making us feel comfortable. First time actually staying on AMI and was everything we expected and look forward to. First time using Vrbo and was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Home away from home

This property was absolutely beautiful! I didn’t expect it to look as it did in the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have never stayed in a place that was as spotless as this home. The owner was so accommodating and the communication was amazing. This was the perfect size for a family of six. There was nothing that we needed. Everything was provided. Since we stayed in the middle of July, and the weather was extremely hot, we opted to drive to the beach instead of walk. Otherwise the beach would have been easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Ana Maria Island, and would definitely revisit.

Relaxing oasis!

The property is just as pictured. So clean and pleasant. Kitchen is great and having a washer and dryer is tops! We ran out of garbage bags, and would have appreciated a box of Kleenex in the home. The pool is lovely!

Perfect location!

This property was exactly what the pictures showed. It was clean and nicely maintained. The location was a short walk to the beach and close to many local restaurants and shops, all being on a nice neighborhood street. We would love to come back again! Amazing!

The place was perfect for our first visit to AMI! Plenty of space, very clean, private pool, lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Joe was very responsive from our first message and was very easy to work with. He also provided us with suggestions for restaurants, excursions, etc. We were able to walk to The Ugly Grouper for dinner and the location was very centralized no matter where we went on the island. Thanks for having us and we can't wait to come back again! 10/10!!

Perfect ♡

This was the perfect property for us. It had everything we could possibly need for our 10 day stay. The host was a dream to deal with. Any messages were dealt with promptly. The location is ideal and only a short walk from the beach with all beach gear supplied including trolleys to get everything there. Ugly Grouper and a selection of shops just around the corner. Everything else within easy reach. Fab! If I had to pick one tiny thing to add to the very well equipped property it would have been a full length mirror but this in no way detracted from our experience. Big thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay in Holmes Beach

The property was clean, up-to-date, and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and wonderful open plan layout. My son enjoyed the pool and we ate our lunches on the patio. The bikes were a little small for us (6'2 and 5'11) but nice they were provided. The property owner was very communicative and helpful with suggestions and real-time information. Great location!

Great time with family.

Relaxing Beach House with everything you need!

Beautiful home! Location is a quiet neighborhood. Backyard pool is beautifully landscaped. Quality linens, dishes, furniture, and everything you could want for a day on the beach. Joe is super responsive and gives great tips! 8 minute leisurely walk to the public access path to the beach. Tip: Bring the drink cups to the Coquina Beach beach restaurant to save $4 drinks. This was our favorite beach.

Girls Trip

Beach Vacation 2021

This was a great property for our family! We went to the beach every day and it was great to have all the beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) at the property. We also really enjoyed the pool! This property is an easy walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and our evening ice cream. It was also a short drive or bike ride to stores and restaurants on Anna Maria Island. Our family really enjoyed our visit to AMI and we also really appreciated all of the amenities that came with this house!

Best Experience Yet!

The owner of this property goes above and beyond and has the best communication I've experienced yet. It was so clean and in the PERFECT spot. Pool is amazing and love the vegetation. Seamless check in and out. Lots of tips and ideas. The ugly grouper is a MUST. 10 stars solid!!
