Location, location, location! What more could you want from a beach house than a gorgeous pool and a half-block stroll to the shimmering turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico? 3016 Ave E is the perfect duplex for families, fishermen or those simply looking to escape the rest of the world in the classic Old Florida paradise that is Anna Maria Island.

This duplex with coastal-inspired decor is ideal for families vacationing together as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom rental and shares a pool. Located in the city of Bradenton Beach, just blocks from shopping, dining and entertainment, this beach getaway is in the perfect location to enjoy the amenities of Anna Maria Island. What more do you need than a full kitchen, breakfast nook, open living room with sleeper sofa, two bedrooms with king beds, and wireless internet when you are half a block to the beach?

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Excellent location, short stroll to the beach. Property was super clean, and bedding was comfortable. The pool was great, after a day at the beach! Also, having beach chairs available was greatly appreciated. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect location

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space is clean and cute. The very short walk to the beach was perfect, especially with an 11 month old. It was so easy to pop in and out for naps. It was also in close proximity to great food places and just a short drive to anything you may want to see on the island.

Perfect place for a family of 3

Super short walk to the beach. Location was just a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The home had everything we needed and couldn’t fly with. Loved having the laundry onsite. The pool was perfect and the tiki bar was well stocked with beach and pool supplies.

Starting June off here

Had to wait several hours to get code for house. Pool was wonderful. location was great..close to beach and convenient to stores and restaurants. No dishwasher. Very clean although I think the linoleum flooring could be updated. Comfortable beds..need extra pillows. Great that you had the floor fan I definitely used it. Would recommend

Perfect location and Old Florida charm.

My husband and I met our daughter and granddaughter in Florida for a week and this was the perfect set up for our gathering. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the pool. Perfect temp and toys in the shed. The beach is only a block away and beach chairs in the tiki hut came in handy. The tiki hut is a little bar space next to pool which was great for entertaining. The space was perfect for the four of us. Beds and linens were comfortable. Washer and dryer were key for a week at the beach. That being said, the space could use some updating. Considering the price of facility, I would have expected to have updated countertops, cabinets, stove and some flooring. It did rain the first 2 days which is beyond anyone’s control. The threshold on the front door had trouble keeping water from leaking into the entryway. We used more than a couple towels to keep the water from kitchen and living room. Possibly a storm door or new threshold would help. However I understand it never rains that much in Florida. Usually an hour or two and back to sunny skies. Walking distance to Walgreens, Publix and numerous eateries. We really enjoyed our island get away and would consider staying here again if vacationing on Anna Maria Island.
