Vacation bliss is waiting for you when you stay at Coastal Bliss. This newly updated six-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests and was designed with vacation in mind. You’ll find the home’s high-end finishes and coastal décor will have you relaxing from the moment you arrive. With three-floors of living space, Coastal Bliss will give everyone in your group the space to spread out. When you aren’t relaxing inside or lounging on the beach, you’re sure to be spending time enjoying the outdoor spaces, including a private, heated pool!

Coastal Bliss has an open living space on the second floor, joining the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped and includes the cookware and dishware you need for preparing your favorite meals on vacation. The living room is comfortably furnished and centered around a large flatscreen TV. The second floor also includes a balcony overlooking the pool deck and two bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms.

You’ll find the home’s remaining four bedrooms on the third floor, including two primary suites with private balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms are both comfortably furnished and share a bathroom. Each of bedrooms at Coastal bliss include flatscreen TVs.

Exterior

Coastal Bliss’s exterior is likely where you will spend most of your time. The ground floor features a game room with foosball table, Ping-Pong table, and a high-top table and chairs. Just outside, there is a pool table that sits adjacent to an outdoor tiki bar. Additionally, there is a full-sized outdoor dining set and grill for guests to use. The private, heated pool and spa is an oasis. There is in-water seating and an in-water tiki bar. The pool is surrounded by a lovely, paved deck area with lounge chairs and beautiful Florida landscaping. Last but certainly not least, Coastal Bliss is just steps away from Holmes Beach, close to many local shops and restaurants, and near a draw bridge that takes you into Sarasota. Without question, Coastal Bliss is the spot to be for your blissful Florida vacation!

Our pools are heated during the months of November through April at no additional charge to our guests. We do not heat the pools during the warmer months of May through October. If you are renting between November and April and you would like to have your pool heated, we kindly ask that you contact AMV at least 10 days prior to your arrival. Pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Southwest Florida we do occasionally get cold spells. This will cause the pool water temperature to drop down into the 70's and a pool pump will automatically shut down if the outside temperature gets too cold. When the weather gets warmer and the pumps are able to re-engage, please be mindful that re-heating of the pool back to 82 degrees may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell. Ultimately, these situations are beyond our control. Other issues such as severe weather conditions, equipment malfunction, temporary loss of use of equipment or amenities due to maintenance purposes or other items do happen from time to time. All of our pools and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool companies. For your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with -most of the systems are locked for this reason. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. Please remember, outdoor spas are not hot tubs and will not reach the 100+ degrees of a traditional hot tub, but will remain at the same temperature as the pool. Please be aware that Beach House Real Estate does not issue refunds based on acts of god. However, please know that in the rare event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Beach House Real Estate will do everything in our power to expedite repairs as quickly as possible as we certainly want you to enjoy your heated pool and Florida sunshine to the fullest extent possible!
