Gulf Getaway, nyrenoverade privata hem, steg från stranden !!

Kom och upplev en av de vackraste öarna i Florida. Denna fullständiga renoverade Gulf Getaway ligger bara några steg från vita sandstränder med det otroliga turkosa vattnet i Mexikanska golfen. Den tre våningar hem är ett två sovrum, två badrum "beach house" som bekvämt sover 6 personer (1 kung, 2 drottning, plus en utdragbar soffa). Det stora sovrummet tar upp hela 3: e våningen med badrum. På andra våningen finns gästrummet med ett badrum. Kök, vardagsrum, matsal och tvättstuga finns också på denna våning, med tillgång till andra däck för frukost på balkongen. Njut av vikbrisen och en kopp kaffe här. Det bakre däck på bottenvåningen är stort - ett trevligt ställe att sitta, koppla av och grilla middag efter en dag på stranden. Det finns en inhägnad trädgård och utomhusdusch. Strandstolar och leksaker väntar på dig i badrummet i garaget. Besök ön från det fria vagnssystemet som kan fångas inom några meter från ytterdörren. Vagnen stannar vid alla större destinationer på ön, så ingen körning krävs. Restauranger och lokala pubar ligger inom gångavstånd tillsammans med minigolf, strandshopping och cykeluthyrning. Detta är ett familjeägt hem där vår familj har haft många års underbara upplevelser. Ta med din familj, skapa minnen som kommer att hålla livet ut och njut av det goda livet på Ana Maria Island.

Perfect location

We had an amazing time. This house is perfect for our family, very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. We are planning to come back and stay longer. Thank you!

House by the beach

The property was clean, well appointed, and spacious. It said short walk to beach and it is short. Tòok only a minute or so to be on beach. Wagon was there with everything you needed including chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels

Great place to stay!

This home is iin the perfect location! It is one block from the beach and one block from restaurants and shopping. We also appreciated all of the items provided to use at the beach. The owners are quick to reply when we had questions.

Beach house in a great lication

Wonderful stay just minutes to the beach

Lovely townhouse just a block from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and generous toiletries, beach chairs, bikes, and towels. Hosts are very responsive to any issues.

Island Getaway

Busy little island with plenty of good places to eat. Walking distance to the beach. Short drive to the mainland. Golf cart rentals across the street makes it convenient for getting around on the island. Owner on call if anything is needed

This Place is Magic

In a world where things go sideways; it doesn’t here!! The owners of this property care for their guests like family. They have an knack for decorating, the home is simply inviting in every space. Everything is maintained and kept. It’s organized and had more beach paraphernalia than any home I’ve ever rented. Holmes Beach is steps from the front door along with a multitude of shopping and dining options. This is my favorite beach in all my travels. This trip we swam with dolphins, a baby manatee and two massive stingray. Everyday was Special! I needed rest from a long working Summer. This location gave me everything I needed and more. Dani, Carmen and Patty; from my heart THANK YOU! The biggest compliment of any rental; would I rent again? Absolutely, if you will have me I will be back next year and the year after and so on. Thanks Again for everything ❤️

Great house

This is house is great! The pictures don’t do it justice, there is updated decor and furniture in the house that isn’t in the pictures so it’s even better! Everything was pretty clean. Using the garage was a blessing also all the beach supplies! Extra towels, bedding, chargers, everything you could think of! And location was perfect especially to the beach, just a short walk down the side walk. Back porch was perfect for a relaxing night with your favorite drink. Will come again!

Spring break 2023

The property was well maintained! Had wonderful location to everywhere. Stocked with beach toy, wagon and all your beach day needs! The kitchen could use a few more plates, eating utensils so we wouldn't need to wash before the next meal, but other than that we would totally stay here again! Communication was excellent whenever we had a question.

Great house!

Excellent communication with the owners - they responded immediately to any questions I had and super helpful. Loved the location, super close to the beach and tons of great restaurants were within walking distance. Nice liquor store right across the street. Even though it's a busy area, the house was very quiet. The grocery store was a quick bike ride, it was really nice to have bikes provided. We didn't have a car while we were there and got along great. Tons of water toys and equipment provided. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was excellent. Plenty of hot water for 4-6 people to take a shower, we never ran out of hot water even if all us took showers at about the same time. If staying longer than a week, be sure to bring dishwasher tabs, tall garbage bags and toilet paper. Otherwise, everything was provided.

Amazing vacation!

The house is exactly as described. It's such a close walk to the beach and to restaurants and ice cream and the free trolley stops! We loved feeling the breeze (all the windows have screens!). The beds were comfortable. The beach gear was plentiful. I did not want to leave and I hope we'll be back soon.

Wonderful vacation

This is our 3rd year visiting AMI. We enjoyed the house very much, the location is so close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops etc... The kitchen was well stocked I appreciated having a high powered blender and more than one roll of paper towels (many properties only leave one). There are bikes in the garage and we used them to explore and ride to breakfast a few miles away. There are plenty of beach supplies available as well. We will definitely consider this property when we come back next year.

awesome house

not sure I want to rave about this house too much or it will not be available .great location. Everything is with in a short walk. 227 steps to the beach. carpeted stairs..who does that? The owner gives you everything you could possibly need . large roomy house and the master bedroom is spectacular. My wife did not want to leave .

The Perfect Getaway

Everything about the Bryant’s Beach Bungalow was outstanding. All of the essentials were provided to us, which made packing and shopping for supplies much easier. Then the location? Can’t beat it! Within walking distance to multiple different restaurants was perfect for the days we didn’t want to drive out late. Also having the liquor store across the street was very handy as well. We’re so thankful for the wonderful hospitality and we all agreed that we already want to come back next summer!

Perfect location!

AMI was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind in the middle of a busy summer. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was the perfect location to the beautiful beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We have never stayed in a home that was so well stocked with supplies! All the beach gear we needed was provided and in great condition - we especially appreciated the wagon! Looking forward to returning again one day!

Little island in the sun

Well after waiting almost 3 years to return to AMI we certainly weren’t disappointed with this accommodation. The property is clean, comfortable and in a really good location with the beach 🏖 minutes away there is plenty of beach furniture to use.
