Your private outdoor space is built for fun and relaxation. Bask in the Florida sun by the heated pool or soak in the in-ground spa. And with the outdoor TV, you can catch your favorite shows or games without missing a moment of the fresh sea breeze.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to capture the serene spirit of Anna Maria Island. The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony with rocking chairs, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third is ideal for kids or friends with two twin beds. A pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space, making this home perfect for families or groups.

Downstairs, the game room is packed with activities for all ages, including a ping pong table, Pac-Man arcade, cornhole, and an assortment of beach supplies. A second fridge is perfect for keeping snacks and drinks handy for your poolside days.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Great house and location

Really enjoyed the property and how close it was to the beach and centrally located in AMI. One big change could make this the best property. New beds. All the beds were likely the lowest quality we have slept on. My wife ended up moving to the couch to sleep and I stayed in the master but often thought sleeping on the basement couch would be better. For a house that costs what this does, just invest in new mattresses with maybe a thin pillow top. Small upgrades make this a stellar rental.
