Excellent communication. Beautiful property. Would stay again. Very well-appointed kitchen. Nice beds and showers. Lovely pool and spa area. It was nice there were games, puzzles, and books as well as some beach chairs etc. Comfy large areas for seating in living and dining areas. Recommended to hosts it would’ve been exceedingly helpful to have more than two kitchen towels in such a big house as well as large pump shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the 4 bathrooms!

Great place to stay. Rental property very responsive when we had a problem. Would definitely recommend this place. Only one issue is bunk beds right by the steps going down to garage.Only appropriate for older children with steps so near.

Very Nice House, just needs some improvements

Very nice house, spacious, nice pool, 1 1/2 blocks to beach...about a 5-7 minute walk. Floor of house was dirty but called and they came out almost immediately. Pool was dirty also and pool company came out Monday morning. Very odd how front yard has been allowed to just turn to weeds most of which were a foot long or more. Recommend updating your outdoor pictures as the umbrellas in backyard were missing, the tiki hut was missing, the fire pit was missing. Not a huge deal for us but still misleading. If you use a lot of bath towels you'll find there aren't a lot. Recommend you get yourself a cover for the grille or it's not going to last long. Overall a very nice house, just has some room for improvement.

Great house- close to beach

Overall we loved the house. It provided the right amenities, beach chairs and canopy, and the house layout worked well for our blended family. We enjoyed the pool and cooking meals in the big kitchen! We could walk to the beach and just overall it was a great house. I did communicate with the property manager about a couple of issues and that process was easy.

Great Place But…

Be prepared to spend money on chairs/chair rentals, floaters, toys, umbrellas,wagon, etc. None of these items were supplied so we easily spent 600 on rentals and another 150 on chairs which we had to leave behind. This is the first rental where we have had to supply such items ourselves. That being said, the pool is wonderful not to mention the short walk to the beach.

What a house!

I loved this house! We spent the weekend with my family here and couldn't be happier! The place is only a 2-minute walk to the beach, spacious enough for a family to sleep comfortably, and the pool and grill add a magnificent touch to this property! Communication with the property owner was great too. A/C had broken down when we arrived and they fixed it within the hour of letting them know of the issue. I will definitely stay here again if we visit AMI again!

Great Getaway Near Beach

We had a great family trip staying at the Silver Surf property. The house was spacious with 5 bedrooms so everyone could have their own place to stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we used them everyday. Having an entrance to the beach just a short walk down the street was also a plus. We had a wonderful family trip staying here. Communication with the management team was very easy and they responded quickly whenever I had a question.

Fabulous House & Amazing Location

The Silver Surf home was perfect for our family getaway. The home is so bright and spacious! Beautiful big kitchen, dining and living room + everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was perfect, too! The zero depth area was so nice for the little ones, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the large umbrellas provided nice shady areas to get a break from the sun. A nice 5-minute walk to the beach was perfect to catch the sunset each night. We would highly recommend the Silver Surf for your stay on Anna Maria.

Beautiful and terrific home which we enjoyed thoroughly. One thing we would suggest is having the pool cleaned more than once a week due to droppings of the over hanging palms. Overall, we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

This property is a dream. Our family had lots of room to spread out and a huge family space to be together. The pool was dirty because of a shedding tree and very hard rain, but we communicated with the rental company and they took care of it immediately. We are planning to rebook for next year!

Great!!

This is an awesome place for multiple families to stay together! The location is very nice, at most a 5 minute walk to the beach (for children with little legs). I will say the only thing lacking is beach supplies. 3 small chairs was pretty much it. We left behind a bunch of sand toys but you will need your own tent or umbrella. Overall we will definitely stay here again!

Nice location

There were pros and cons to this property. It was a large home that accommodated our family of 10 quite well. The location was very nice. Just a short 2 block walk to the beach and very close to many shops and restaurants. The pool was also a good size and had many toys/accessories to keep our family occupied for hours. Unfortunately, the home was not very clean when we arrived. Specifically, the floors and furniture. We spent some time immediately upon arrival vacuuming. There was sand EVERYWHERE and the carpet in the living room was filthy. The couches in the living room are very well worn and covered in stains. I understand it’s a rental, but I think it’s time for some upgrades to this property. It’s much more worn than the online pictures show. My last con is that there is very little shade outside. We were constantly moving furniture around as the day went on to be out of the sun. Overall, we had a nice vacation at this rental. With a few changes, this property would be perfect!

The Silver Surf was the perfect space for our group of (12) family and friends. The pictures don’t do it justice!! We used the pool and hot tub daily and enjoyed the convenience of the beach a short 2 blocks away!

A bit too much pool shade

The house and location were great! The only downside was that the landscaping around the pool has grown a lot since the photo of the pool and we had no sun on the pool at all. Other than that a great family trip!!
