“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

“This was such a gem to find in Central Fl. We were visiting family in the area and wanted a place close by. We loved our stay here. It was close to delicious restaurants and fun activities. We visited Rainbow Springs State Park and enjoyed the day in the beautiful natural springs. We even came home to gorgeous sunsets on the lake and caught 2 fish! The hot tub was relaxing and the vibes were right! I would definitely recommend staying here, everything was perfectly clean and so beautifully...

“This unit was very clean and the inside was well maintained. We did not use the outdoor areas as we were in town to visit family. The property is right off a main road giving easy access to town. It was not an issue for us, but the 3rd bedroom is a converted lanai in the front of the home. It was attached to the home but the front door remained closed and it had its own window unit for air. The property was spotless and well-kept, with plenty of great parking, which made arriving and unloading a breeze. “The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication.
