“This is a cozy and charming cottage. Looks better on the inside than the outside. Loved the dogs and the horses. A bit rustic but I loved it. ”

“This place is adorable! Communication with the host was good. Great little fenced yard. I slept in the upper bed and it was very comfortable. Microwave & fridge were nice to have. Host provided fantastic suggestions for hikes & eats. If you’re looking for a fun, unique, comfortable place close to Homosassa/Crystal Springs, this is a GREAT option!Here are my critiques (most out of the control of the hosts, but something for others to know before booking) the neighborhood itself isn’t the best....

“Location was nice in the country. Was not well maintain, floors were cupped and one board missing, tile in bathroom was missing grout in some places. To me looked like they had a plumbing problem that might have flooded the floors. Hot water was a issue hot then cold while taking shower. Picture of the place must be old. He did go out of his way to add my pet and get spoons etc., friendly but never fixed light by front door. I did enjoy seating outdoors in the evening. Added days to my stay...

“Got there in the dark, directions were pretty straight forward, but it still seemed a little invasive with the house so close. Internet didn't work well until the host reset it in the morning, so we couldn't use the Roku system on the TV or login to our computer internet. Since we got there so late it just didn't feel right to pester the host about it. Dogs were super friendly and didn't bark. The host was friendly and accomodating”
