En nyligen omvandlats stuga i den vackra East Devon landsbygden. Stugan ligger i ett omrÄde med mycket natursköna (AONB). Stugan gör det mesta av den fantastiska utsikten frÄn vÄr kulle topposition. Perfekt för promenader och utforska Blackdown Hills. Utsikten frÄn sovrummen och stora privata dÀck Àr verkligen speciell.

Bearbetats till en hög standard, med varje detalj genomtÀnkt. Vi har försökt att vara sÄ miljövÀnliga som möjligt, installera solpaneler för att ge varmvatten, med hjÀlp av ett ansvarsfullt anskaffas trÀ för fönster och dörrar tillverkade av en lokal hantverkare, och anvÀnder miljövÀnliga fÀrger och detaljer nÀr sÄ Àr möjligt.

Beautiful cottage in rural location

This is such a lovely cottage set on a small farm in beautiful Stockland. The owners are very welcoming and allowed the children to feed the animals which they loved. The cottage has everything you would need and is perfect for a family of 5. It's a very central location with easy access to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Would recommend to all.

Great location for a peaceful break

Property was really great. Location is far enough away to be peaceful, but still only a short drive to beaches,Great log burner to keep you warm, easy parking and easy to get to most places.Greendales, otter valley cafe, miller's farm shop.

Truly amazing stay. The house was just perfect for me and my pup. Very cosy, warm and spotless! Lovely views. The owners really helpful and discrete. Loved seeing the goats every morning 🐐. I would definitely stay there again! 💞

A perfect cottage.

A very comfortable cottage with everything you need. Lovely fresh eggs on arrival, two bathrooms and large fluffy towels made our stay extra special. A quiet area and waking up to amazing views and sunrises added to the charm. Our dogs loved the orchard which was a secure area for them. We enjoyed the wonderful countryside and the cottage was well situated for the coast too.

A home from Home

Set in idyllic surroundings the house was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great and central to many villages, towns and lovely walks. It was fully equiped with everything you need. Rob and Kath were extremely welcoming and on hand for any advice or questions. Great place for a family who love adventure and being able to bring our dog with us made it even more special. Simba, our dog, especially loved his early morning play dates with Noah and Barney. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent cottage stay

The cottage is really nice and cosy, feels like home. Stunning view over the hills and village, looks like a Christmas card scene with light fog and smoke from a nearby house. Brilliant log fire. The hosts were really friendly. Perfect experience.

Fantastic stay, excellent hosts and beautiful cottage

We had a fantastic stay, the hosts greeted us on arrival which was lovely. The cottage had everything we needed and plenty big enough for a family of four. Wonderful location.

This property is located in a very picturesque setting. We found it very easy to find using the postal code in the owner’s directions. We found the home very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location was a great base from which we explored the area.

A relaxing and quiet place to stay

Excellent. Decking area great for morning sun. Good views Good easy to use Log burning stove, not that the cottage was cold as has CH. Comfortable beds. Good layout of cottage. On site parking by cottage, handy to unload if wet. Good access to main roads, no bumpy gravel farm tracks to cope with. On site grounds to explore, with various animals to watch.

Tolle Location, um die Region zu erkunden

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Cottage verbracht. Unsere drei Kinder fanden vor allem die Tiere toll und den Garten zum Fußball spielen. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Stockland: 15th to 18th April 2023

We have stayed at this farm-house previously and very much enjoyed it. This time, we took our young dog with us. The walks are great, although hilly, and the countryside surrounding this very rural spot is very quiet. However, it is not too far from Honiton, and a little further, the coasts of Lyme Regis, Seaton & Sidmouth. Lovely clean, well kept and extremely well equipped accommodation, and the owners on site in their own house are very friendly and helpful, but will leave you alone to get on with your break. We will go again, as most places and resorts are dog friendly, as is the holiday home. Highly recommended.
