Tropical Oasis By The Sea

Lush ground floor 2bed 2 bath condo just steps to the ocean. Clean Ocean view. All New chef`s dream kitchen with granite counters, fully stocked down to garlic presser. New A/C, comfortable king bed with cotton sheets, new SS appliances. A short walk to restaurants, shops, and markets. This is a really Hawaiian lush ground complex where one can really appreciate why you came to enjoy Maui. Free parking. All bookings require a cleaning fee & Hawaii City & State taxes. Laundry room on-premises.

A very comfortable 2bedroom, 2bath ground floor view condo, no stairs. Clean Ocean view. A very comfortable king bed in the primary, and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds that can also be made into another king if desired. Furthermore we provide a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The condo provides direct oceanfront access just steps away. The open floor plan and access to the lanai leads you to the beautiful green open grounds which are an extension of our great condo toward the ocean. New split sys A/C, new gourmet stone kitchen, new window coverings, new SS appliances. FREE parking. Free WIFI. In addition, there is also a sparkling pool. Come here and enjoy yourselves and watch everyday the ever-changing fabulous peaceful sunsets.

The ground floor provides very easy access to our condo, with no stairs at all. Easy pool access just steps away. We prefer the warm 80 degree clean ocean waters, the FREE assigned parking is very close. Ocean view.

Lahaina is a very quaint Maui town by the ocean, with many local shops, rental shops, markets, restaurants, coffee shops, bike shops, surf shops, and many more variety shops that are all in walking distance from our condo. Lahaina is a great place to take your morning walks.

Most of the shops are within short walking distance. Bicycles and scooter rentals are available just outside the complex.

Our guests have direct ocean access. FREE assigned parking. We provide beach chairs, beach towels snorkeling gear and buggy boards, a new A/C system, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Tiled floors, no carpets. Clean Ocean view.
Each booking requires a cleaning fee. We observe State and City mandatory Hawaii taxes which apply for each booking.

We stayed for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. The groundskeepers were friendly and kept the pool and property beautifully maintained. The location was ideal—an easy walk to parks, food trucks, grocery stores, and our favorite stop, Pau Bakery. Francesco was a responsive and welcoming host. We would gladly return for another visit. Thank you!”

Host was attentive, Place was as described.Kitchen was fully Stocked And grill by pool brand new. Being able to cook in nice surroundings was a major plus. Fishmarket across the st - have them slice up a a tuna for fresh sashimi :)

Beautiful place!

We had such a wonderful week! The condo was beautiful and comfortable! The oceanfront views couldn’t be better! We could swim snorkel SUP and play in the sand, all right in our backyard!

Relaxing and the perfect location!

This unit was one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean and very well stocked. The complex was quiet and well taken care of. The best part of it, was the steps down to access the ocean and the amazing place to sit and watch for whales!

Beautiful Condo

We visited Maui for a large family vacation. We had originally booked another condo that was cancelled on 1/1/24 and we had to scramble to find a new place. This condo has everything that you need and it very well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of plates, utensils, storage containers, pots/pans and they are all very nice. There are also plenty of towels including beach towels. Francesco we very responsive to any questions prior to the trip, I did not have any questions during the trip as everything was easily accessible but was able to speak with him after the trip and he is such a nice person. He also provided a ton of information on best places to eat and visit during the trip. The beach is a short 1 min walk away from the condo, the water was fairly high so it was not much of a beach but the kids were still able to play in the water. We sat out near the wall most nights and watched the sunset and the whales jump. We would definitely stay here again.

Really beautiful condo

Sergio M Really beautiful condo I highly recommend for family and friends. The condo was in a prime location. The condo is newly renovated, sparkling Clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen, all the beach gear you need, and plenty of linens. There were restaurants across the street and food trucks and Maui’s Best Cinnamon Buns all within walking distance. There is an over 3-mile board walk to get your exercise while enjoying the views. Grocery store walking distance close by for all your needs. The beach in front of the condo had snorkeling, fishes, and turtles, and lots of whales to watch. Great pool. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Always responded back promptly. On site laundry was very easy to use. The onsite BBQs were well kept up. Beautiful can’t wait to visit again!

Great condo for families in Honokowai

Our family of 5 (three teenagers) stayed in this very convenient and updated condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with brand new appliances and all the convenient extras like foil and Saran Wrap and nice knives! We really enjoyed watching whales and sunsets from the sea wall at the edge of the property. I had to call the owner with a question when we first arrived and he could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

A little piece of Pradise

I would recommend this condo for family and friends. The condo was in a prime location. There were restaurants and food trucks and Mauis Best Cinnamon Buns all within walking distance. If you love to walk, there is an over 3 mile board walk to get your exercise while enjoying the views, especially the friendly kitties. The beach in front of the condo had snorkeling, turtles, and lots of whales to watch. Grocery store close by for all your needs. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Always responded back promptly. On site laundry was very easy to use. The laundry app was very user friendly. The on site BBQ’s were well kept up. Can’t wait to visit again. Kim

A great stay in honokowai!

Really great condo, very comfortable for our family of two adults and two little kids. The condo is newly renovated, sparkling Clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen, beach gear, and plenty of linens. Maui Sands is a little more mellow and low rise than surrounding properties, but we wanted that! Can walk to plenty of places, overall really convenient. Only drawbacks were no dishwasher, but it looks like one is going in soon; and no laundry in the unit (which is as advertised. There is a super tidy coin laundry in the property that you can pay on an app from your phone. Bring some laundry powder and you’ll be set!) We really enjoyed this stay. Great property and great communication from owner.
