This cozy 600 sq ft, 10th-floor, west-facing condo offers partial ocean and city views from your private lanai and features an air-conditioned open layout with a fully equipped kitchen and dining for two. With a queen bed, sleeper sofa, full bathroom, 50" Smart TV, plus free Wi-Fi and parking, it’s the perfect home base for a relaxing Waikiki getaway!

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on April 20, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.



PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE APRIL 20, 2026:

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to April 20, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• Trash rooms are conveniently located at the end of each floor

• Complimentary parking for one vehicle (Savings of $45-60/day)

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night
