Linens and towels: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building`s water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.
**We would like to kindly inform you that this building conducts routine pest control services every 2nd Tuesday of the month to uphold their commitment to a pest-free environment. During these visits, a uniformed pest control technician, accompanied by one of the housekeeping employees, will visit each unit.
