Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

Pros-Great VIEW & location! Very clean! Beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. Cons-The lanai door locked due to maintenanceno opening windows or lanai door, HUGE disappointment! No salt pepper oil etc for cooking.

When we got here, things were fine except they were very few glasses cups and utensils and kitchen towels. They did get those items to us, but the worst part was they explained that they would be minor maintenance and they didn’t explain that they were going to close off the lanai for our last whole week. Be careful and verify if the lanai will be closed off, we did not enjoy that part of our stay the seating arrangement chairs need to be updated. One or two of them are broken. The main chair in the living area has no cushion support. You can’t even use it. Overall, we loved the view and the fireworks. It was just sad that we weren’t able to use the on the lanai.

The host was excellent. Great communications, and everything was as described. I gave it four stars because of the hallways leading to the condo. There is a noticeable musty smell. This has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a poor first impression of the building. The location is good, easy walking to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo is old, but nicely refurbished. Not fancy, but comfortable. The view of the harbor and ocean is great. Really nice to wake up to. Another plus was having a car rental company right in the building. Island Rental had a Mustang convertible for 99/day. We’d definitely stay here again.

The last two days of our stay, the unit was uninhabitable due to very loud, persistent drilling noises from above. Very annoying. Please refund two days of rental expense.

Great location between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana areas! Even though it was raining the majority of our visit - we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every day. We enjoyed our extended stay and really felt comfortable, safe and we look forward to going back again soon!

Clean, quiet, close to everything.

The unit was a little dated, but very clean. Harbor view was great. Kitchen was functional, but we had to buy a baking pan. No bathroom fan, windows are poor quality and lets in all the heat in the afternoon as sun sets on window side, so you have to crank AC, or close the view. Queen bed is OK, not real fluffy or bouncy, but not too firm. The big downfall is the sitting furniture. The couch is more a lounger, too low, and too far back with no armrests or pillows to adjust. The wicker chair is too deep, a very thin seat pad that doesn’t match the shape so tends to want to slide forward. We made it work by using the sleeping pillows for a seat pad and back supports. Lastly, there are no directions for using the TV. We struggled with using our Yoitube TV Acount every day. Two controls, but not sure how to use them or when. Kept pushing buttons with nothing happening.So we said the unit is OK because there should be bathroom fan, TV hard to control, and window heat. Also note only one plug in in the kitchen. Outside the units , elevator is very slow, but parking was 33/24 hours. A little hard to figure how to do it, but staff is very helpful. Just know that you first get an hourly ticket, then have to walk to a machine on the wall and purchase a 1-5 day “in and out” previledge ticket. When you first leave you scan the original tick, then the multi day tick and only the multiday ticket afterwards.

Exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed our stay more than we thought we would. It was quieter than we thought it would be, being so close to bustling Waikiki. This condo faces the ocean and harbor which we loved, but it also reduced the noise. We loved watching the sunsets, the boats coming and going, the fireworks, and being able to walk everywhere! The building is older, but i think it helped reduce the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and view

Very clean little condo with an excellent view of Ilikai Marina and the ocean. Walking distance to beaches and shops, food and coffee. Wish we could have planned a longer trip. Highly recommend. Plan to pay for parking.

Loved our stay

Exactly as pictured. Check in & out was simple. Balcony has an amazing view. Only thing we struggled with was keeping the wifi connection on the TV, but other than that it was great

Not bad

The check in is simple. The building is old and not as clean as it could be. The walk to the best part of the beach is long and arduous easy to uber to best part of the beach (Dukes, my opinion). The view over the Marina is nice. I prefer just the ocean wich means staying farther south. Parking in the unit is expensive. The bed is worn out. The sleeper in the main room is not very comfortable and it would be nice if it were because it’s nice to look out the balcony (tiny balcony) while you lay around. I would stay in this same unit again so it’s not bad but a few changes would make it better. BTW the bar on the 1st floor is great to spend a rainy day.

Fabulous view in well equipped space

Great location with fabulous view over marina. We were working on a boat in marina so this was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. There are beach chairs, towels and soft cooler.. The unit is updated EXCEPT for the old squeaky spring style bed. We told the managers that it must be replaced. Everything else was awesome so I hope the owners upgrade the bed. Easy keypad access, good laundry available with app pmt. we had a very nice stay. Thank you
